My PT Outdoor

My PT Outdoor is a four-week Outdoor Fitness Program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional coaching and motivational training packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals.

JOIN US FOR 1 hour a day, with your choice of working out either 3 or 5 days a week.

Our fitness boot camp program is more than just a great workout. It is a healthy solution for busy professionals, new moms, former or current athletes or anyone that wants to make a change in their lives for the better.

Outdoor fitness and exercise!

Very few of us get to spend as much time as we'd like outdoors as most of our day-to-day activities revolve around being indoors-whether it's at home, the office or the gym! But what if you could combine getting outdoors and getting a good workout all in the space of an hour? By joining us at our outdoor fitness sessions, not only will you gain far more physical and mental benefits but it's also a greener way to exercise-allowing you to keep fit and be environmentally friendly at the same time!
  • Get in Shape, Lose Weight, and Have Fun Doing It - Each hour of boot camp will vary, but will incorporate core conditioning, flexibility, agility drills, abdominal toning, cardiovascular exercises, short distance running (less than 1 mile), interval training, circuit training, body weight resistance training, strength building and more. We always warm up and cool down.
  • You Don't Have to be In Shape - You will start training at your level and you will move up as you get faster and stronger. We've designed the program to be suitable for everyone.
  • Get the Benefits of a Personal Trainer at a Fraction of the Cost - You will have access to a professional Personal Trainer and the discipline of a regular scheduled workout like you would with a personal trainer for only approx R30.00 per workout.
  • Women Only - Meet new friends, network, and bond with other fitness focused women in a team workout environment.
With the support from your fellow exercisers, making progress becomes a team effort whilst still allowing you to work at your own pace. And there's no need to feel intimidated by the term bootcamp- we are there to support, encourage and help push you that bit further to get the results you want.

We train throughout the year and our sessions change with the seasons-we ensure that by always varying our exercises, drills, equipment and use of park space, you'll never get bored and will continue to progress towards your goals.
